Cancellation Policy

Mobile Automotive & Locksmith Services — St. Lucie County, FL Payment is due upon completion. Parts are final sale — no refunds. Labor is warranted for 30 days from service date; we will return and make a good-faith effort to resolve related issues at no additional labor charge. A $60 service fee applies to every dispatch. When work is completed successfully, this fee is absorbed into your invoice total. If we are unable to complete the job for any reason — including scope limitations, access issues, or information that differs from what was provided at scheduling — the $60 fee is due, plus any third-party costs incurred (software, diagnostic tokens, etc.). Providing an accurate description of your vehicle and symptoms helps avoid this. Travel outside the city of Port St. Lucie is limited availability and may include an additional travel fee, quoted before dispatch. Disputes are governed by Florida law. Please contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Full terms available upon request.
